Typically, when everything works according to plan (which is usually almost never 😅), the design process pictured above is what that I stick to. Since the real world doesn’t allow for that most of the time, I’ve adapted my process to fit the situation; however, I try to stick as close to the essence of the process as possible — that being, maintaining user involvement and keeping business objectives at the forefront at each step.
